Tin Houses

In a generalized panorama of economic crisis, construction based on the use of containers can represent a new important market niche. Containers are designed to carry and bear very high loads, as well as resist to aggressive environments during a lifetime of 15 years or more. The modular architecture and the large accessible quantities with affordable cost are thus driving the rise in popularity of the container homes.
The remodeling process of the containers should be held in our Marathon factory in U.A.E to guarantee quality control. This phase includes all the preparatory works such as disinfection and cleaning, openings, strengthening’s, connections, surface preparation, painting and, eventually, also the implementation of installation networks. To guarantee the success of for the preparation of the containers, in order that no problems occur in the construction site during assembly. In the final phase, containers are transported to the construction site to be positioned and connected. Container conversion is gaining popularity in U.A.E as it can be repurposed more than once.
In U.A.E. all weather is beach weather! We love working on beachfront properties and developments, primarily because cargotecture is so much more environmentally friendly to these surroundings than most other forms of construction.
Another thing that works in favor of cargotecture on the beachfront is the container itself. Meant to last long journeys across turbulent seas, they are made of COR‐TEN steel that can withstand sea water and terrible weather conditions. This means that the possibility of salt air corrosion in structures made of upcycled containers is almost nil.
Prefabrication is the future of architecture. There is still place for more improvement, and the goal is to minimize building time by making the maximum possible use out of building sites. Another important element is the easily‐recyclable nature of building material used or large, innovative settlements because of the inevitable aging of every structure. Since large‐panel technology is connected to the cause of large problems, both in the past and in today’s society, it will be difficult to convince people of the benefits of prefabricated modular structures. However, with the right urban design and distinctive architecture, it is possible to build astonishing settlements. Future apartments should meet the requirements of their residents and be affordable to more people. History of prefabrication shows that, with the right optimization, modular structures can prove to be the future of successful settlements..
